You’re in for a treat dear woman!
Our intention for you is to pause from the daily life and bring your magical self to Hotel Laugarhóll where we ( Ingibjörg, Baddý and Klara ) will welcome you and over the three days share the practices we carefully selected to fit within the theme of ease and deep relaxation.
Relax, unwind, rejuvenate, recharge, refresh, revitalise… True healing happens through connection and true relaxation happens when the physical body relaxes and the nervous system regulates.
All of the practices you’ll be doing are here to bring you home, to your self and nourish the self; Movement, breathing techniques, mindfulness, sound healing and since we are creating a spa environment, you’ll be using your own touch too + optional treatments from professional massage therapists. Yes, that’s right! To make sure your whole self gets a full package – a true treat for the body, mind and soul, you’ll have the option to have treatments from massage therapists.
Your belly will be in utter heaven because our chef Marie will feed it with the most delicious food. Spring time is the perfect time to recharge and renew.

ACOMMODATION
Our venue for this Women’s Magic Retreat like before is Hotel Laugarhóll, a comfortable family-run guesthouse in the remote and peaceful Strandir in the east part of the Westfjords. It is located in the green and sparsely populated valley Bjarnarfjörður, midway between Reykjavík and Ísafjörður.
We have reserved the whole hotel for this retreat, and we will have the place for ourselves.
Next to the hotel you will find The Pool of Gvendur the good, a naturally warm geothermal outdoor swimming pool (32-35°C) and adjacent natural hot pool (41°C), perfect for relaxing after a long day on the road or hiking in the wilderness.
The hotel offers single, double and triple rooms with private or shared facilities, a cosy living room with free internet access and a spacious Shala for our practice.
The delicious
food
The most amazing and nutritious food will be prepared with love by our chef Marie Chobovla who has been with us in all of our last retreat and we can’t wait to eat her food again!
The Massage

This time we offer different massage therapies with two massage therapists on site. You will be able to book your spot as you arrive to the retreat and there will be enough spots for everyone to relax back and enjoy a relaxing massage.
