Join us for four nourishing days in the remote and peaceful east part of the Westfjords, Iceland. It’s your time focus on self care through movement, yoga, mindfulness, relaxation, inner work and not to mention indulging in incredibly delicious and healthy food.

The delicious food

The most amazing and nutritious food will be prepared with love by our chef Marie Chobovolá who has been with us in all of our last retreat and we can’t wait to eat her food again!

The calm and quiet venue

Hótel Laugarhóll is a comfortable family-run guesthouse in the remote and peaceful Strandir in the east part of the Westfjords. It is located in the green and sparsely populated valley Bjarnarfjörður, midway between Reykjavík and Ísafjörður.

Next to the hotel there is a naturally
25 m warm geothermal outdoor
swimming pool (32-35°C) and adjacent
natural hot pool (41°C), perfect for
relaxing in your free time.
